Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Journeyman or Master Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing residential and light commercial plumbing and heating systems while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

·       Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.

·       Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and heating issues efficiently.

·       Collaborate with apprentices and team members to complete projects on schedule.

·       Interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance.

·       Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

·       Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

·       Valid Vermont Journeyman, or master Plumber License (or equivalent).

·       Minimum 4–6 years of plumbing experience.

·       Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial systems.

·       Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

HVAC Service Technician – Green State Plumbing & Heating LLC

Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and provides outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

·       Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and AC units.

·       Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups.

·       Install HVAC components and systems in residential and light commercial settings.

·       Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system issues.

·       Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

·       Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

·       3–5 years of HVAC service experience preferred.

·       EPA Certification required; NATE certification a plus.

·       Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.

·       Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

·       Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
